Responsibilities:
- Be the day-to-day operating manager of DMP, working with DMP’s client success team to monitor and manage DMP vendor for project and service delivery, financial/contract process etc.
- Be an escalation point of the DMP operation: inbound data integration, trait creation and taxonomy, clustering/segmentation, identity resolution and integration of targeting destinations.
- Be the person-to-go-to for audience clustering/segmentation and profiling.
- Support Audience Insights Manager to identify existing and new audience segments, including prospecting of new business. Keep track of segment performance to experiment and optimize
- Operate audience planning & targeting tool, extract AIPL data working together with D2C Analytics/DSI and engagement data with Social Analytics/Data Story. Generate audience lists and plush to the DMP and media buying platforms for campaign executions.
- Create, maintain and activate traits and segments in the DMP and key media platforms to enable targeted media execution.
- Monitor segment sizes and match rates within DMP and across media platforms, flag irregularities and recommend ways to improve the match rates.
Requirement:
- Ability to interpret consumer decision journey, audience data and signals and exploit real-time precise targeting schemes in a creative way.
- Ability to define/re-define target consumer profiles to media target audience with key media behaviors and attitudes.
- Capability to imagine real audience’s contexts and moments for each media content, as well as to build, prove and update assumptions
Qualification, Education, Experiences etc.
- A Bachelor’s degree and above, preferably in Marketing, Analytics or Mathematics, with a solid understanding of data analytics
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing customer segmentation strategies with a solid understanding of segmentation principles, methodologies and best practices
- Hands-on experience with Data Management Platforms (i.e.iPinyou), web analytics tool (ex.GA360) and media buying platforms (ex. DSP) etc.) to create segments, push audiences live and prepare audience analysis
- Solid ability to query transactional, loyalty raw data using SQL, and Python skills are preferred.
- Understanding and good command for the key technologies and tools to run audience segmentation/clustering/profiling as well as targeting and user experience designing: CDP/DMP/DSP/LBS/DAM
- Curious by nature with strong analytic skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills
- Curiosity for all things audience reach and growth – paid, social, content, voice search, private traffic domain, so on.

- Self-directed, proactive and able to define and execute projects independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with different levels of management
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multiple project environment on an independent basis and with minimal supervision

- Ability to work in a mixed-culture organization, managing challenges and pressure
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.
