Responsibilities
Platform Management – DAM/Creative/Content Platform
- Responsible for managing our creative/content platform partner(s) on a day-to-day basis. Keep eyes on competitor’s moves, regularly update service and delivery KPI benchmarks.
- Responsible for overseeing the scoping and quoting of each project as well as timing and planning production work; establishing what gets done to make sure projects are doable, cost efficient or effective to the latest benchmarks.
- Manage key documentation, budgets, contracts, progress reports, monthly trackers.
- Build success cases through proactive engagement and collaboration with platform client success team and brands.
Martech Partnership Pipelining
- Keep eyes on latest martech and surrounding domains that could potentially uplift digital experience designing for our brands. Meet regularly with martech front-runner professionals to cultivate strategic relationships and become able to source future opportunities.
- Act as a strategic partner throughout the process who understands brands and their digital marketing challenges, developing ongoing roadmaps. Pre-engage potential partners for pipelining and future business development.
Martech Education/Knowledge Sharing
- Disseminate the learnings from the frontier – with internal brands and corporate divisions, maximizing organizational knowledge and amplifying the success.
Requirement
- Ability to translate and manage brands’ marketing objectives and mandates, including creative and content development process.
- Ability to think out-of-box, identify root cause of blockers or opportunities tap into, and take strategic moves and actions.
- Strong commercial acumen, comfortable navigating custom contracts and clear understanding of the commercial structure of deals.
- Experience writing proposals and can propose next steps from a basic technical perspective and/or a creative/commercial one.
- Able to balance inbound and outbound activities, focusing on what is most effective in the long run while meeting quarterly targets.
- Capacity to source relevant information, to identify opportunities and practical applications.
- Ability to quickly develop Insight, ideate various scenarios, and move into actions.
Qualification, Education, Experiences etc.
- 12+ years of high-level experience leading and managing Martech projects. Mix of agency and in-house experiences preferred.
- Solid project management experience managing cross-functional team of marketing strategy, data analytics and digital tech professionals.
- Knowledgeable about martech landscape, business cases and key players in China, both from technical and marketing point of view.
- Academic background in the combination of business, marketing science and/or technology preferred.
- Proven track record in developing trusting and lasting business partnerships.
- Fluent in English, native in Chinese. Exceptional written, oral communication and presentation skills.
- Facility to work efficiently in complex matrix organization as a corporate professional.
